We are an authorized Acer Hardware Dealer, Microsoft Reseller, as well as: Hewlett Packard, Toshiba, Cisco, Linksys,
and hundreds of other manufacturers. Our staff utilizes the latest
equipment available to quickly diagnose problems and solve them whether
they are hardware, software, or user generated. We Guarantee 4 hour
phone response and 24 hour On-Site response without a contract.
Typical response is less than 1 hour by phone & On-Site within 4
hours. In addition, for our regular clients, phone support is as
always at no charge. We utilize "Log Me In
Remote" to provide remote Support via the Internet to diagnose & fix
problems without having to travel to your site.
All work is guaranteed and a written quote will be
provided upon request. Our minimum billing for On-Site Support
is 1 Hr ( $65.00), without a contract. We offer maintenance and support
contracts as well.. We maintain
multiple Sun Microsystems/Cobalt Raq 4 Linux Server on
a T1 line to provide both Web Hosting & E-Mail Hosting
Services. This also gives us better capability to design and
host Web
sites and fine tune them at our site. PC Service & Support Inc.
provide complete Web Design & Web Commerce sites to fit your specific
